Refund policy

I need to make a return

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from when you receive your order to request a return. For untracked orders sent in letter post (like stickers), a return must be initiated within 60 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you when received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, and all return shipping costs are non-refundable and at your (the customer's) expense. 

To start a return, send us an email at reverie.hey@gmail.com, and we’ll let you know what to do next.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalised items. 

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at reverie.hey@gmail.com.

 

Uh oh, something's wrong with my order!

Please take a moment to review your items as soon as you receive them.

If your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please send a picture of your items and a short description of the issue to reverie.hey@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You may also use the website's chat function.

When buying items for a race weekend, as a gift, or you're simply just excited for your item to arrive, we get it and we know this is disappointing. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
